To Whom It May Concern,

Thank you so very much for the time and attention shown by an efficient most knowledgeable gentleman who came to my home on Wednesday July 9th. Namely Bill Crowell, who made the necessary corrections to my irrigation system, which I had requested verbally via the telephone for months. No prior to his arrival seemed to be capable of defining the problems and enabling the system to work satisfactorily. The young man who preceded Bill simply wished to replace all of the "heads" (at thirty dollars apiece), which had been replaced in 2007.

Thanks to Mr. Crowell, I shall continue to utilize your services - at least for the balance of the year. If additional attention is needed please send Mr. Crowell or someone of his caliber of expertise.
